  • Service Not Delivered: If our cleaning professional fails to arrive at the scheduled time and date without prior notice or rescheduling.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service quality and report it within 24 hours of service completion, we may offer a partial or full refund after inspection and verification.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If incorrect address or contact details were provided by the customer, leading to failure in delivering the service.

  • If our team was unable to access the premises at the agreed time due to customer unavailability.

  • If the service was partially or fully completed and no complaint was raised within 24 hours.

  • If a cancellation is made after our team has already been dispatched.

3. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time without incurring a cancellation fee.
